Drew began working in the hop industry with YCR in the breeding program in the summer of 2003 while pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies at Eastern Washington University. After college, he worked in the fitness industry while earning his MBA from Whitworth University. After graduation, he returned to YCR as a Brand Manager, where he gained experience in building quality control, new grower relationships, and supply chain management skills that would lead to his current position. In 2017, he completed his Doctor of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California. When he's not at work, Drew enjoys spending time with his wife and three children!
