Celebrated for its expressive peach character, Dolcita offers layers of pineapple, caramel cream, and orange. It boasts an incredibly complex profile suitable for a wide range of recipes and styles.
Originally bred in 2016, Dolcita is the first brand released from HBC through an advanced fast-track breeding technique, which identifies promising individuals as seedlings and bypasses the “Single Hill” stage straight to multi-hill trials.
