Developed by Hop Breeding Company (HBC) and commercially released in 2025, Dolcita™ HBC 1019 c.v. is rich with tropical stone fruit and sweet aromatics. Celebrated for its expressive peach character, Dolcita offers layers of pineapple, caramel cream, and orange. It boasts an incredibly complex profile suitable for a wide range of recipes and styles.
Originally bred in 2016, Dolcita is the first brand released from HBC through an advanced fast-track breeding technique, which identifies promising individuals as seedlings and bypasses the “Single Hill” stage straight to multi-hill trials.
