HBC 1019 is a novelty aroma hop that is highly impactful in beer. The aroma and flavor in beer is a complex mix of tropical, sweet aromatic, woody, and citrus with notes of peach, coconut and pineapple, not found in any other hop in our current commercial portfolio and has been described as reminiscent of “Peach Rings”. With an average yield of 2000 lb. per acre, HBC 1019 should provide competitive grower returns while providing brewers value via novel and impactful contributions in finished beer.
