Created in 2016 using traditional breeding methods and HBC’s proprietary breeding stock, Dolcita™ is one of the fastest hops ever brought to market by HBC.
Bursting with complex aromas of stone fruit, tropical, sweet aromatic, and citrus, Dolcita brings an unmistakably vibrant sensory profile to the brewing world. Described by brewers as evoking peach rings and tropical daiquiris, this unique hop delivers an intense, fruit-forward character balanced by sweet, aromatic depth.
