Cherie Steinmetz

Cherie joined the YCR team in April 2025 as the Director of Brand Management. She comes to YCR with 10 years of experience in the hop industry. Cherie attended Central Washington University and graduated with a B.S. in Exercise Science with the intent to pursue physical therapy however, her passion for agriculture drew her back to the hop industry. Cherie is excited to work with the YCR team on brand management and building meaningful connections throughout the entire hop supply chain.

 

Cherie and her husband, Sam, live in Zillah with their three children, Trip, Crew and Pre. In her free time, Cherie enjoys spending time with her family, working on her family farm, and playing pickleball.
