Jamie has worked as the Breeding Plot Manager for YCR since 2006. He is responsible for managing the breeding efforts, including field management, sampling, and harvest processes. Before working at YCR, Jaime worked in various roles at Carpenter Ranches, including tree fruit, grapes, and hops. Jaime enjoys cooking authentic Mexican food and takes pride in feeding brewers that come through to tour the YCR facilities during harvest. Jaime is fluent in Spanish and English and is married with four children and two grandchildren. Jaime is very involved in his church and his community of Granger, WA.
